There's no secret Erin is one of my favourite creatives. Simultaneously a talented, sharp designer, and a goofball, Erin manages to bridge the gap between the visual and the conceptual with her ability to design pretty stuff, write witty stuff, and think silly stuff. She's a gun at creative development, and has the uncanny ability to translate scrawls and sketches of lesser people into far greater designs and concepts. She's a tremendous digital talent, with a wealth of design knowledge and expertise and has the ability to lead a team alone, with a calm presence regardless of pressure — with the confidence to express her opinion and disagree if it's warranted (and it often is).
